    SOLUTION - Provide turn-key solutions in the voice and data realm which includes (but not limited to):
    •   Internet – Fiber and coax, primary and/or secondary with automatic failover. Offering SD-WAN, SASE, and direct connections to cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
    •   Faxing - eFax or traditional and fax servers
    •   Analog Services – conversions as well (for lower run rates)
    •   Hosted/On-Prem Voice Services – toll-free, PRI, SIP trunks, conference bridge, UCaaS phone systems.

  • Service Delivery - Personal and professional. Going above and beyond what traditional carriers provide in quality and service.

    SOLUTION - we position ourselves in the supply chain where we can control and influence the ongoing relationship and support. In this respect, we are more than a brokerage.

There is a mass perception of limited service providers, sometimes as limited as only a single provider. Vision CTS provides alternatives to the big-name carriers that most businesses assume they are stuck with and therefore never explore opportunities outside of the well-known offerings. Vision CTS has been a telecom service provider for over 10 years. We are a registered Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and an Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as FCC regulated. Currently, we provide telecom services in 17 states with a national footprint and international dialing.
